NL Holdem Poker - Phil Gordon, Who is He

Phil Gordon is one of a number of professional poker players who retired right before going pro. He graduated with a comp sci degree in nineteen ninety one from Georgia Tech. He was employed by the business giants Santa Cruz Operation and Lockheed. From an early age, Gordon was driven and understood he was going to make it huge in business. He joined Netsys Technologies prior to them being acquired by Cisco Systems in 1996. He retired in 1997 and treked around the world. In '01, Phil finished fourth in the WSOP main event which earned him 400K and a appearance on television. Phil can commonly been seen hosting celebrity poker along with different poker related tv shows.

Mr. Gordon pursues to do business by creating how-to videos for various subjects including poker. Gordon helped in the design of the Full Tilt Poker room. Even if Gordon wasn't such a whiz at poker, he would still have adequate amounts of cash to live like a rock star. Phil was an initial Tiltboys, a bunch of NorCal poker enthusiasts. He has authored three poker books called: Poker: The Real Deal, Phil Gordon's Little Green Book: Lessons and Teachings in No Limit Hold'em. Phil is engaged in all aspects of poker and continues to have time to dedicate to raising funds for cancer research. He has yet to win a World Series of Poker bracelet but he's certainly on track for accomplishing anything he sets his mind to accomplishing.
